The 60-acre Water Park will have features, amongst others, a scenic lake, one kilometer of man-made beach, water lagoon, jungle retreat and facilities surrounded by a secondary jungle that offers a shady, cool setting, conducive for the whole family.

Visitors can also experience the joy and thrills of splashing in a 25,000 sq ft wave pool, a river raft ride, a six-lane racer sliders, a dedicated children fantasy island and many other carefully selected water rides. Facilities will also be provided to cater for corporate family days and functions.

Covering over 1000 acres, the jungle safari will capitalise on its lush greenery and the peaceful environment of the forest. The jungle safari will carry Concept of a free range; no fences Animal Park whereby guest do not have the feeling the animals is “fenced in”. You will not see any visible barriers and therefore giving the visitors the impression they are walking in the midst of it all.

The East Coast Bazaar is a 3-in-1 concept combining a local wholesale market, night market and foreign factory outlet where shoppers can source weaving, tapestry, brass and silverware, handicraft and other work produced by local craftsmen. Furthermore, one will be spoilt for choice on the variety of dried seafood products and traditional foodstuffs, which Kuantan is famous for.

To add uniqueness for BGRC, the Heritage Square offers exciting entertainment, indoor cultural performance, food and beverage outlets featuring Malaysian local food and selected foreign cuisine. Visitors will also get to experience the process of making traditional products through workshops for batik, handicraft and painting.

Scenic Ocean Ville provides convenient and reasonably priced accommodation to visitors. Scenic Ocean Ville will be developed based on various ocean themes such as Caribbean Bay Resort, Arabian Bay Resort, Andaman Lagoon Resort, Mediterranean Beach Resort and Hawaiian Beach Resort.

Global Heritage will comprise of landed single or double-storey resort villas. Each group of 50 to 80 units will be developed based on a particular country theme. Distinctive architecture design and superior quality building materials will be used to create the atmosphere of a selected country theme.
